I called it the sundown scaries, usually post Partum for me as the sun starts to set I start to spiral, I think it was my hormones but man its a ride. you got this momma!

everyone feels this...I promise it will always feel that way no matter their age, but it will get easier to mentally deal with as the postpartum hormones disappear..but please reach out to your Doctor if you ever feel it's too overwhelming..hugs mama and congratulations ❤️

Mama you got the baby blues, keep an eye on yourself, it could be the hormone dump right after pregnancy or it could develop into PPD. However, this is totally normal, my 7yr old fell asleep on me the other night and he hadn’t done that in a long time and I cried because I was so happy that he’s still my baby and because he was so big.

sundown scaries are what got me with my first. every night around 7pm i would cry for about an hour or 2. it lasted about a month then slowly eased up!

This is my oldest and her boyfriend. We are currently driving home from family vacation. We got lucky and even at 19 when she has her own place, she comes over all the time and joins us for vacation. 🥰

3.5 months in and I still get sad thinking about how big my girl is already. It’s such a bittersweet feeling to be grieving some of the best days of your life while you’re in them. Hang in there mama!

Save her hospital blanket in a vacuum sealed bag so when u miss those newborn smells you can grab the blanket and take a trip down memory lane. It’s hard my last baby is 5 years old and started kindergarten this year 😭
