High Desert Pastor :
The thing that strikes me the most about the Bible is God never asks us to do anything he wasn't willing to do.

Not only that but Jesus was fully man and Fully God. So he understands how it feels from both perspectives

Hearing that story gave my soul the perfect image of what Jesus sacrificed and why. I cried at the realization. He died for all of us. Amen

He's a really good pastor. I've been watching him and Philip Anthony Mitchell very good pastor, but Paster Josh has a live free program and it's really interesting the way they explain things they're both very very good men of God

It’s called the substitutionary atonement. Just like when Jesus and Barabbas were brought before pilot. Pilot said, which one do you want Barabbas or Jesus? They said give us Barabbas and pilot said what about Jesus and the Jew said crucify him. Barbara got to go free because somebody stepped in his place and suffered the death that he deserved. Praise God for our savior, the holy lamb of God, Jesus Christ!
