Toby definitely wasn’t perfect. He had flaws. But Kate and her family treated him like trash. And Toby did nothing to deserve it. He fought WAY harder for that relationship than Kate did. The character of Kate is so selfish.

How about the original story line was for both actors to lose weight together but she never followed through in real life so they had to switch it up because the male actor did it but she didn’t . (Mind you it was easier for Toby because he did wear a fat suite) So maybe that’s why she feel some type of way and keep using “Kate” and “I” interchangeably.
