Has anybody else noticed how crazy the world feels right now? In France, reports say around 1 in 9 petrol stations have run out of fuel, and here at home we're now seeing petrol and diesel hitting around £2 a litre. Just think about that for a second. For a lot of families, filling up the car is no longer a small expense. It's becoming a major monthly bill. And it's not just fuel. It's food. It's energy. It's insurance. It's mortgages. It feels like every few months there's another increase somewhere. I'm not saying panic, but I do think it's a reminder of how important it is to keep an eye on your finances, cut unnecessary spending where you can, and have a little emergency fund if possible. Dikira vertigo, ternyata bukan. Seorang wanita berusia 40 tahun di Jakarta dilarikan ke ICU sekitar pukul 3 pagi setelah mengeluhkan sakit kepala berat dan sensasi berputar. Saat diperiksa, tekanan darahnya mencapai 190/100 mmHg. Dokter juga menemukan adanya penyempitan pembuluh darah di area otak yang membuat kondisinya harus segera ditangani. Awalnya ia hanya mengira vertigonya kambuh karena pusing terasa berputar dan tubuh kehilangan keseimbangan. Padahal, sakit kepala berat dan pusing mendadak tidak boleh selalu dianggap vertigo biasa, terutama jika disertai pandangan kabur, muntah, bicara pelo, wajah mencong, atau salah satu sisi tubuh melemah. Masih muda bukan berarti aman dari hipertensi.
