as a ksu student west 22 is one of the worst off campus apartments. look into moving him down the street to 14sixtyfive. it’s THE best, cost less than the other apartments, and it’s a newer building.

As a property manager of a student property, I want to say thank you for the way you handled this! You have no idea the amount of hours that are put into getting these rooms ready. We were 16 hour days for weeks straight with no days off to make your move in incredible. Balls are dropped out of shear exhaustion and the amount of people who straight up scream at us inches from our face for something like this is crazy.

I had the same problem at the Blake. I moved in and 3 girls were already moved in over the summer. One was literally in her 30s and 2 weren’t even students. It stunk and had flies everywhere. I was so uncomfortable all year. If you drive, I recommend moving further away to Marietta. KSU lacks campus life anyway and you are relatively close to both campuses.

apartments in kennesaw are the WORST!!!!!!! moved my now husband in a couple of years ago and he ended up getting robbed by his roommate. his door was locked but his roommate climbed in through the window.

For next year take my advise. Get out of any type of student housing. Get a traditional apartment and only have one roommate. Less money less hassle. My oldest taught me this after one semester. So youngest went into a new apartment and lived there all 4 years.

I'm sorry ... maggots?? in the sink?? my brother lived in a house with 4 other boys and their house was incredibly cleaned up anytime we showed up. because they knew guests were coming! 😧.
