What helped you?? I am on 450 mg. Wellbutrin, and I take Valium to help sleep 20 mg at night and still can’t sleep through the night. Anxiety is just uncontrollable so I understand exactly how you feel.

They had me on 4 mg of Klonopin a day. I started weening my self off, and that was a disaster. So I told my Doctor I wanted off, and I am down to 2.5 mg’s, and it’s been a year, and a half.

There is no effective differential diagnosis. Listen to her whole story. There is no immunology nor neurology deeply involved. The labs ran are the basic ones. If behavioral is what is observed then they will go with the anecdotal vs going for the differential route.

I constantly feel my heart beating out my chest and like my body is vibrating and a anxious feeling in my chest the won’t go away and makes my heart beating faster and worse when get a wave of anxiety in my chest like something’s wrong but idk nor can I figure it out . Last heart rate u checked when it slowed down was 122 is this normal or could have be at risk of a heart attack and maybe need a heart monitor? Cause I always feel stupid telling my parents how I feel or that I need something cause they always say I don’t need anything and I’m fine won’t even care when I go the hospital don’t even try and ask what they said or nothing for anything
