Try 5 years. I learned the hard way when I saw him leading another woman out his resort room after I was there the day before. I was shown instantly what he thought of me and where I belonged... out the door with my back to him. I no longer have the desire for him like I once had. I see him as a lesson not a blessing. It wasn't love it was loneliness. Learn the difference before you are shown like I was.
