As an IT admin, I can audit and see all Teams activity through the Teams admin center and Microsoft Purview. Do I care enough to do so? No.

They don’t monitor this and report to management as part of their job. Something has to trigger an audit. The majority of people complain about their boss, colleagues and the company on teams.
