You get it. Mississippi is notoriously racist as hell and they’ve covered up many of these type of situations done to African Americans historically in the past. They’ve recognize the information can be recovered on the phone which might incriminate the boys. This is clearly their bully tactic which is why she needed proper representation because it too easy to cover up things and over run cases when these type of people are dealing with poor colored folks. Now you can see why Rev. Sharpton and Grumpt are present they’re not grifters they are game changers it cost a tremendous amount of money fight agains affluent corruption. Even Ronald Reagan famously said, trust but verify. You don’t hand over a knife to a killer thinking he’s not gonna use it. Nor do you hand over a phone to people who are allegedly covering up. From the very beginning they put a lot of emphasis on Nolan’s phone. From where is his phone, why do you have his phone, why didn’t you give him his phone, saying they didn’t want to give his phone, to ‘things have been deleted from his phone’. Seems as tho that would be one of the first things I would want forensically check checked out.

she got lying about having to track it. her first interview she said they didnt tell her they had the phone that she had to track. now warren done his interview and said its a lie he did tell her. her last interview she said he did tell her. she lied about it to try and make them look guilty. she probably lying about things being deleted to. remember she first said they were deleted bc none his snaps was there. then someone must have told her they delete after 24hr. so she came back out and said she find it strange he didnt make any snaps that day
