@southbaylife: POV: you actually used South Bay Life’s monthly key events to make your weekend plans. The Manhattan Beach Open is one of those South Bay weekends that’s hard to capture in a single clip. Beach volleyball at the pier, packed stands, crowds around downtown, sponsor activations and plenty happening between matches. And if you haven’t made it out yet, you still have time. The AVP Manhattan Beach Open continues Sunday, August 16, with the semifinals and finals at the Manhattan Beach Pier. Competition is scheduled to begin at 8:30 AM. (AVP Beach Volleyball) We included the Manhattan Beach Open in our August Key Events because this is exactly what that monthly guide is for, highlighting the South Bay events we think are worth having on your radar. Already went this weekend? What was your favorite part? Haven’t gone yet? Save this and send it to the person you’d bring tomorrow. Follow @south.baylife for South Bay events, local updates and things worth knowing about around the South Bay. #SouthBay #losangeles #redondobeach #hermosabeach #manhattanbeach
