Accountability is crucial right now. We are doing better but I find that the determination and conviction required for me to push past conditioning sometimes entices me to swing the pendulum a little too far. I see it with many others too. There can be Grace in accountability though, forgiveness and understanding. I’m prioritizing this as a practice right now. Readiness to admit my shortcomings without shame. Commitment to constant course correction.
