I think you cut the tail too short and the seat is too small. You cant scoot your butt back to get into a proper tuck. Its a cafe racer; but if you cant get into a tuck, then its not much of a racer. Youre too locked into this slightly forward upright riding position. But it looks better than the people who just do a vinyl wrapped seat the whole length. And I think the tiny front wheel fender looks stupid. Its too small to be aesthetically pleasing, and too small to be functional. You chose a classic color; but the black wheels are out of place. They should be white or chrome.
