@mommagabb0: I'll sit with my 4-year-old until he feels safe enough to sleep, but not for 3 hrs of bedtime gymnastics. We take turns picking songs in the car. Low-stimulation screens only. My nervous system can't handle the post-screen meltdowns, so we use Pok Pok app only. No kids on my lap while I eat. I deserve a meal too because I'm done being a martyr. I'm trying to stay off my phone around my kids.
