Wrong! Hair does come back thicker. I told my daughters not to shave just below their bellybutton, where the hair from each side of the stomach meets, did they listen, no! Did they think they knew best, yes!Did the hair grow back thicker and darker, yes! Did they regret not listening to Mum, yes!
