@dailygaelley: A year can change a lot 👀 Last year, I was on crutches. Yesterday morning, I ran my first 10K. 🏃🏻‍♀️ Somewhere in between, I started moving more, got stronger, fell off track a few times, got back into it, and slowly became someone who actually enjoys working out. I still don’t consider myself a “runner.” I cramped at KM 8 and walked most of KM 9. But I crossed the finish line, and honestly, the fact that I didn’t stop is an achievement to me. Looking back at that March 2025 photo feels a little surreal.
