The ambulance on shift 1 happened to me right away when the update aired. I suppose it got patched very quickly because in less than 24 hours later it was gone.

nah the going back forth thing clip was actually just bc the anomoly was ur last paitent when an anomoly is us last paitent and u don't have any visitors in the reception and since the anomoly is looking to eat a paitent or visitors and since there are none it will turn back into a normal paitent
