I had this problem and was going to re-vamp everything. But I stopped the curl cream. Add a leave in and used more strong hold gel than I thought I needed. I diffused til dry and created the gel cast. Slept in the gel cast and bonnet and my hair held for almost a week. I don’t use mousse. Hope this helps!! Post partum it’s hard to get your back right.

Either touching it too much or your curls are crying out for more moisture; try using a leave-in and see if that helps

skip the mousse. use a curl enhancer, gel and that's it. I like Ecoslay's Orange Marmalade and the highest level of not your mother's curl gel .

Leave out the curl cream. I do leave in, gel, then mousse. Half way through the diffuse, more mousse.

Harry’s Sculpting gel after I scrunch and plop with Not Your Mother’s Mousse and then air dry and it’s not frizzy at all

Cream gives me wicked frizz. I've tried a bunch and just go without. Mousse is alright, but I have to do it before gel or it doesn't get a cast and frizzes. I also need a super strong gel

I use baking soda before my shampoo and conditioner. I love the L’Oréal curl shampoo and conditioner. When I am out of the shower I add a quarter size conditioner as a leave in. Then when it’s still really wet I add herbal essence curl mousse. Squeeze with a t shirt. Then use a pick and Aussie spray gel. I do all this with my hair upside down. I make sure to get the top the most. This seemed to stop the frizz. I think it’s the conditioner leave in.

try moroccan oil smoothing serum. you're not going to scrunch it in...your going to warm it in your hands and smooth over your curls bringing your hair into a loose hand pony and thru your ends. sometimes frizz happens because you touch your hair too much during styling.

I condition 2 times a day when I work, once after work and once before, and wash every day that I work. leave in conditioner followed by mousse and air dry

Break your gel cast with Aluram Coconut Water Shine Serum. The oils in it break the cast while sealing the hair shaft to help resist humidity.

Too many products maybe? Mousse doesn't agree with my curls. I just do a little cream or leave in, and a little gel. I either brush style or at least brush it all through to smooth out the frizz and even distribute. But I found that adding mousse or using it as a replacement to cream or gel just left my hair feeling like straw and frizzy by day 2.
