I took the spoon bending class at the Monroe Institute. I didn’t believe I could do it. I did all the exercises leading up bending. To my surprise, I was the first one to be able to bend it. For me, it wasn’t about belief because I doubted I could do it, but I did!

yea those Family Dollar spoons bend like that in a dishwasher. If you move one too fast from a bowl of soup to your mouth, it'll just turn into a slinky.

I tried this About 6 months after my first OBE and a few weeks after teaching myself how to see auras. I was like, what else can I do! I'm a pretty strong dude so not 100% sure if I was able to bend them with my strength so need do buy some stronger spoons.
