I think it’s more likely that Lindsey did quit driving, but had suspicions about Pat harming Cora, and getting Cora help became top priority. If she had stopped driving, why wouldn’t she trust Pat to take Cora to the doctors? I feel like this could also explain (allegedly) why Pat “snapped” just hours after the doctor appointment. He knew Lindsey had stopped driving, and probably pieced together what Lindsey “suspected” if she was willing to drive Cora to the doctor. Lindsey is a nurse. She’d know the signs and physical symptoms of that type of abuse. Pat wouldn’t want that info coming out.

This might sound trivial, but I am local and I cannot understand for the life of me why Patrick would get on the highway to go from CVS in Kingston to ThreeV in Cordage Park in Plymouth - it’s a straight shot if you just drive up and down 3a (a drive I have done MANY times)

I believe it! The prosecution showed Patrick a photo of him and Lindsay that ended up being him and Rachel because even the prosecution couldn’t tell them apart.
