Its like a horid stomach ache and getting stabbed, like if we just compare straight up pain in the moment getting kicked in the balls is far worse but going trough it for days and shi till menopause would have me tweaking, if i were to guess with my quite uneducated opinion periods are worse but getting kicked in the balls is more painful

my bf explained it to me as women get their period pain so often they are used to the pain and higher pain tolerance, boys dont so when they get hit it hurts them more in a sense cause they dont experience the pain like we do. he said our pain is more but we r so used to it it sends a different pain to us
