Method 🌱
You'll need:
- Chia seeds
- Glass bowl
- Paper towels
- Spray bottle
- Water
- Plate
Turn the glass bowl upside down and cover it with paper towels. Mist them thoroughly, then spread a thin, even layer of chia seeds over the moist surface.
Place the inverted bowl on a plate to catch excess moisture and keep it near a window with plenty of bright indirect light.
Mist regularly to keep the seeds moist without soaking them. Within a few days, they'll germinate and develop into fresh green microgreens.
💡 Pro tip: Keep the seeds in a single even layer rather than overcrowding them. Better airflow helps control excess moisture and reduces the risk of mold.
