Appreciate you pointing it out. However, first of all we are in Papua New Guinea. We must consider the fact that we live and move around in an environment were there are petty thieves, targeting innocent individuals all dressed up. Other lives lost because of being all dressed up and being the target of the day. So some people dress to avoid being targeted. Also consider the ladies expecting. They are comfortable in maternity outfits such as meri blouse. Outfits are not necessarily important to all companies, except for corporate environment they are.
