Since it was automatically on does it not mean that content was scraped and already used before people turned it off? There was a gap in time from when they started it before people were informed and able to turn it on so I'm sure it was plenty of time for data to be scrapped and used even if people then turned it off

The derivative works off your content is in perpetuity. So all the vods that you don’t save are on the table and the old TOS protected this earlier. So they probably have been training already.
