She never made me feel small or disrespected because I wasn’t earning at that time. A few months later, through her support and connections, I was able to access better opportunities. One of them even paid more than her salary. From there, things gradually changed, and I eventually secured stable work again. Today, I don’t just lead as a husband, i also contribute financially 😆 Looking back, it all worked because I put pride aside and focused on what was best for our family. She also played a huge role by being supportive and understanding. At the end of the day, it doesn’t matter who earns more. What matters is that the family is doing well and growing together. Now we live abroad with our three children. (A true life story) So the real question is: As a man, can you put ego aside? And as a woman, can you stand in such a partnership with respect and balance?
