Been there… 7 years of being ignored. Faced retaliation when another department offered me a better position. A former VP who changed companies offered me a position he created to bring me in to fix a problem. Old company quickly was in trouble with the regulators and a major vendor project failed… They never got me help, never supported me, and never acted on problems I identified. I heard about the failures from the regulators, the vendor, and former coworkers… I got a better job at a better company with better people. I win…. They were erased from the Manhattan skyline by a merger forced on them by the regulators.😂
