The officers fourth amendment? When you’re an officer you have duties not rights, fourth amendment is an American law thing. Paulson is on someone’s else’s territory and would be wish to follow their laws. I can’t go to a foreign country and demand fourth amendment treatment from that country. Weird that it’s framed as if the fourth amendment applies everywhere Americans can go.
