it's impossible to say considering the fact that virtually every McDonald's is a franchise and although there are some rules for the most part they can price things how they want. my local McDonald's cones are $2. so they haven't gotten to $3.69 each where I live.

I remember that going there with my grandparents, they were $.99 and would always have buy one get one coupons. For reference a large Dairy Queen cone is $3.49 and way better.
