Capturing the magic of iridescent organza on paper ✨ It’s so hard to illustrate this gorgeous fabric but here are the steps I followed to create it How to draw 1. Color the base layers first, focusing on the underclothes and skin tones. 2. Layer a light gray base, then blend in a soft green to mimic the fabric’s dual-tone properties. 3. Take a pink colored pencil and lightly shade over large sections of the garment. 4. Use a white gel pen to place crisp highlights where the light hits the folds. 5. Go back over those shaded areas with your pink colored pencil to deepen the shadows and make the illustration pop.
