Can you test one of those viral UV-C mattress vacuums? Swab/culture the mattress before using it and after, and compare vacuum-only vs. vacuum + UV-C to see if the UV actually reduces microbial growth?

This is a dumb request, same experiment but, does it make a difference if you rub your fingers on your clothes? Would there be harmful bacteria still or would friction be enough to kill enough bacteria to a point of not being harmful? Also, how much bacteria would transfer to your clothes?
