@off_limit001: Your Digital Footprint Is Bigger Than You Think 👀 I searched for my best friend's name on Google today. And something caught my attention. His TikTok result appeared — and my own TikTok profile appeared directly underneath it. At first, I laughed. 😂 Then I thought about the bigger lesson. Be careful about what you post online — and be careful about what you associate other people with. Public posts can be indexed by search engines. Names, usernames, tags, mentions, captions and other pieces of information can become connected in ways you may not expect. So if someone tags you in a public post, don't automatically assume that post will stay isolated from your digital identity. The internet doesn't forget easily. That embarrassing post from years ago? That random account you were tagged in? That joke you thought only your followers would see? It can become part of your digital footprint. Before you post, tag, mention or share something, ask yourself: «“Would I be comfortable with this appearing when someone searches my name?”» Your digital footprint is being built every day — sometimes by you, and sometimes by the people around you. 🔐 Think before you post. Think before you tag. Think before you associate. @Abdul Rahaman Al Qururi #Cybersecurity #OnlinePrivacy #DigitalFootprint #InternetSafety #Privacy
