regulations codes and statutes are not laws they have zero legal authority to stop you unless you are within 5 miles of the border this has always been the case they cant just expand because they want to it has to be approved by the people not corperations

based on the idea that this is a border checkpoint, you have no constitutional rights. there is a 100 mile constitutional free zone inside the entire US border
