@jeromemoors: An office only makes sense when your business has grown to the point where your garage doesn’t. I’ve seen way too many people get an office or unit way too early. It looks good, but realistically, it’s just another overhead eating into your profit. For us, we’re at the point where it makes sense. We’re hiring more technicians, carrying more equipment, growing the sales team and running daily meetings. We actually need the space. But when you’re just starting out? Keep your overhead low. If all your equipment fits on the back of your ute and you can run the business from home, there’s absolutely no need to rush into getting an office. Grow into the overhead — don’t get the overhead hoping you’ll grow into it. If you need help starting or growing your pressure washing business, click the link in my bio and join our community. 🦈
