can you hear the entitlement in this officer mouth. you were called in as a suspicious person so I have the right to ID. well. just so happens that this citizen has the right to decline you because it's within his rights to stand on a public sidewalk and film. so if you're talking about rights, he's within his rights. if you're talking about your rights as a police officer, a mere call that somebody didn't like a black man standing on a sidewalk filming doesn't give you any rights to demand ID. The 26 weeks of the academy that you had to take did not State anything in there about giving you rights. just because you get a call I could have swore it. would you have the rights if you suspect him of a crime and you have some kind of evidence to support your suspect of a crime?
