Refrigerator System ထဲရှိ Choking ပြဿနာများအကြောင်းအထူးလေ့လာခြင်း Refrigeration system သည် closed-loop thermodynamic system တစ်ခုဖြစ်ပြီး၊ refrigerant သည် compressor, condenser, expansion device, evaporator တို့အကြား continuous flow ဖြစ်နေပါသည်။ Choking (ပိတ်ဆို့ခြင်း) သည် refrigerator မအေးတော့ခြင်း၏အဓိကအကြောင်းတစ်ခုဖြစ်သည်။ ဒီစာမှာတော့ choking ၏ အမျိုးအစားများ၊ အကြောင်းရင်းများနှင့် ဖြေရှင်းနည်းများကို ရှင်းလင်းဖော်ပြပါမည်။ Choking ဆိုသည်မှာ Choking ဆိုသည်မှာ refrigerant flow သည် system တစ်ခုထဲတွင် ပိတ်ဆို့မှုရှိခြင်းကြောင့် ရေခဲမှု လုပ်ငန်းစဉ် အဆင်မပြေဖြစ်ခြင်းကို ဆိုလိုသည်။ ယင်းအခြေအနေသည် evaporator မအေးတဲ့ပြဿနာဖြစ်ပေါ်စေနိုင်ပြီး compressor ပျက်စီးမှုအထိ ဖြစ်နိူင်သည်။ Choking အမျိုးအစားသုံးမျိုး 1. Ice Choke (ရေခဲပိတ်ခြင်း) အကြောင်းရင်း: System ထဲသို့ moisture ဝင်ခြင်းကြောင့် expansion device (capillary tube)နှင့်evaporatorအဝင် များတွင် ice ဖြစ်ပြီး blockဖြစ်ခြင်း ဖြစ်သည်။ ဖြေရှင်းနည်း: System ကို deep vacuum (500 microns ခန့်) ဆွဲခြင်း New filter drier တပ်ခြင်း Moisture-free refrigerant ဖြင့်ဖြည့်ခြင်း သော်ဇုန်း (methanol)ထည့်ပြီး(short-term) ဖြေရှင်းနိူင်တယ်။သို့သော်ရေရှည်အတွက်မကောင်းပါ။Technician တချို့သုံးနေကြပေမဲ့ သတိထားသင့်ပါတယ်။Methanol က moistureကို စုပ်ယူနိူင်လို့ ice-choke ကိုယာယီဖြေရှင်းနိူင်ပေမဲ့ ရေရှည်အတွက်တော့ မကောင်းပါဘူး။ 2. Dust Choke (အညစ်အကြေးပိတ်ခြင်း) Brazing လုပ်တဲ့အချိန်မှာ လက်ချားအမှုန့် များ compressor oil အတွင်းမှာပါတဲ့ အမှုန်အမွှားများsystem ထဲသို့ ဝင်ရောက်ခြင်းကြောင့် dust choke ဖြစ်နိူင်ပါတယ်။ လက္ခဏာ: Capillary tube သို့ refrigerant မစီး Filter drier ပိတ်ပြီး overheating ဖြစ် ဖြေရှင်းနည်း: System flushing (လိုင်းရှင်းခြင်း)(nitrogen + flush agent) Filter drier ဖြုတ်၍အသစ်တပ် Clean brazing သေချာလုပ် ဒီchokeမှာ no methanolပါ။သော်ဇုန်းထည့်ခြင်းကမဖြေရှင်းနိူင်ပါဘူး။ 3. Oil Choke (ဆီပိတ်ခြင်း) အကြောင်းရင်း: Compressor oil များပြားစွာ capillary tube သို့သွားပြီး Blockဖြစ်ခြင်း လက္ခဏာ: ဆီလိုက်ခြင်း suction pressure low ဖြေရှင်းနည်း: လိုင်းရှင်းတဲ့အခါ syestem ထဲက ဆီတွေသေချာရှင်း Oil return system များစစ်ဆေး suction return မှာ compressor မှ ဆီအနည်းငယ်ပါဝင်ခြင်းကပြဿနာမရှိပေမဲ့ အလုံးလိုက်အရင်းလိုက်ပါနေ ရင်တော့ သတိထားရပါမယ်။ဒီ chocke အတွက်လည်း no methanol ပါ။သော်ဇုန်း နဲ့မဖြေရှင်းနိူင်ပါဘူး။ Refrigerator တစ်လုံးအတွင်း refrigerant chocking ပြဿနာသည် မအေးခြင်း၊ compressor ပျက်စီးခြင်း စသောအရေးကြီးပြဿနာများကို ဖြစ်စေနိုင်ပါသည်။ Technician များအနေဖြင့် choking အမျိုးအစားများကိုခွဲခြားနိုင်ခြင်းနှင့် ဖြေရှင်းနည်းများအထူးသိရှိထားခြင်းသည် အကောင်းဆုံး service ပေးနိုင်လိမ့်မည်ဖြစ်သည်။ AMP #Choke problem #HVACMyanmar
