my iphone 16 pro burnt through a phone case , and burnt my leg. Went all the way to bristol to the apple store for them to tell me that bc my phone hasn't had any temp warnings it's fine. like bro it BURNT me. and they said well if you purchased apple care then you'd be eligible for a free new phone but you didn't buy it so nothing we can do. like ok
