I did a $200 catering order at chick fil a,… I called 24 hours ahead, called two hours before pickup, called 30 minutes before I got there to find out not a single person passed the info on 😂

I'm sorry but not giving the restaurant a heads up when it's quite a regular event. It wouldn't hurt to give them a heads up when placing an order, as to what they want and when the next order will be. At my old place we'd say, if you want to bulk buy, give us a heads, then we car order it in, put it to one side ready to collect rather than turning up saying you want 20 baguettes, 30 loaves of bread, etc...

how disrespectful towards the restaurant. call the restaurant a day in advanced to place a large order and tip them well. if i were the restaurant, I'd require a deposit for the food and a requirement for a full 24 hour notice

Yeah if there not giving you notice on a catering order I’d be refusing there business most places will ask for a day minimum up to 3 day advance notice
