Cook your onion for 5 minutes in olive oil until soft, then add in too. 4. Shape into golf ball-sized balls, then lay on a greased baking tray. Bake in the oven for 15-20 minutes until cooked and juicy. 5. For the sauce, put a saucepan on a medium heat. Add a good glug of oil, then add the garlic, a pinch of chilli flakes and a pinch of salt. Cook for one minute, then add the can of tomatoes with half a can full of water. Add a pinch of salt and pepper. Bring to a simmer, then cook with the lid on for 15 minutes or so. 6. Nestle your cooked meatballs in the sauce and allow to soak up the flavours for around 5 minutes while you cook your pasta. 7. Cook your spaghetti according to the packets instruction. 8. Fold your pasta through the meat sauce, then plate up. Make sure you get enough meatballs! Finish with a good grating of Parmesan and torn basil.
