@talesthatshouldntbetold: Briarwick officials are calling it a prank. The locals are calling it a weather warning. A driver pulled over along Route 13 after spotting what looked like a woman riding a broom high above the cornfields. She flew past the water tower, banked deeper over the field, then climbed straight into the clouds. Seconds later, the sky flashed. The official explanation is an elaborate drone stunt. Locals say the drone story is for visitors. A few older residents swear she has followed that same route for years and only appears when bad weather is coming. Around here, nobody waves anymore. They just watch which direction she’s headed. 🧹
