When we talk about systems in business, many people think it is something complicated and out of reach. They imagine that systems are only for big companies with huge teams, offices and physical structures. That is not true. If you have a vision to build a scalable business, you need systems from the beginning. The size of your business may determine how sophisticated those systems are, but it should never determine whether you have them. As someone building TADÉ Collective with the intention of growing it beyond tailoring into a scalable fashion business, I knew I had to deliberately learn and start to build the systems that would support that vision.
