@tahini_dirtbag: The BLT is already a perfect sandwich, but I wanted to play around with bringing in some extra summery flavours 🌞🍅🥓🥬 Featuring: - Milk bread from @keit.berlin - Mayo with charred corn, chives, tarragon, tarragon mustard, pickled cucumber, pickled jalapeño - Bacon from @thesausagemanneversleeps - A very beautiful tomato with evoo from @honest_toil, maldon, MSG, pepp - Shredded romaine (WHY did I do big leaves for so long!) I wanted to do avocado but I forgot. This was a 1000/10 and I will make it again, but next time I'll put more jalapeno in the mayo because I think it could have been spicier Also missing a handful of chips on the side. Bacon was baked at 180C for 20 mins, bread was toasted at 180C for 10 mins. Have a good day!! 🌞 #blt #sandwich #picnic
