To anyone that is skeptical, I had receding gum lines. I tried this, exact products to brush and rinse with. I didn’t get the gum. And within 3 months my gums were pink not red. Plump healthy looking again not receding anymore. Tooth sensitivity gone. It really does work.

This is so frustrating!!! I live in Israel, a small country with very strict regulations for importing products. Except for the toothpaste I can order from iHerb and the Listerine I buy here, they don't have the rest of the products. And Amazon doesn't ship liquids to Israel. I have a hard time getting everything else. Since your system is an exact formulation, I don't expect you to test every product and every alternative in every country, so I did it with the help of AI, here in Israel there is simply no decent alternative in terms of ingredients. Therefore, my question is, if I can only get the toothpaste, Listerine, and xylitol gum. Will the system work well?

Genuinely curious—what are your thoughts on dyes and titanium dioxide in toothpaste and mouthwash? We try to avoid dyes when we can, and I’ve wondered about the small amount that may be swallowed or absorbed when brushing/rinsing. Isn’t that actually enough exposure to be a concern?

I want to try your system, but l live in a different country and don't have access to most of the specific products you recommend. In this country it's difficult to find crest or listerine products, but we do have the Colgate brand. Are there any Colgate toothpastes and mouth washes that could also work?

Why does it have to be crest exactly? And not just any toothpaste with sodium fluoride? And why listerine and not other cleaner mouthwashes? Don’t think it has to be all or nothing and so black and white for improvements.
