@christufton: People are having less sex — partnered and solo. 📉 In the US, the number of adults aged 18–29 who reported having no sex in the past year doubled between 2010 and 2024. Researchers say it could come down to a number of things: less time, more screen time and fewer relationships. It doesn’t necessarily mean less desire. Self-pleasure is a normal part of sexual health. It can help with stress, sleep and even pain relief. For a small number of people, however, it can become difficult to control and start affecting everyday life. But what about Jamaica? 🇯🇲 We don’t have national data on what Jamaicans think or do when it comes to self-pleasure.
