Dr. Ellie, can u tell me how to get rid of Chromogenic stains because I've tried everything like xylitol 5 times, mouth rest, xylitol brushing, and miswak also bc I can't buy your system, these stains won't go away; instead, they're increasing. I don't know what causes these stains. I also got a cleaning done from the dentist two years ago, and those stains came back after 10 days

@carhorn9: Im confused is it more important to mouth rest with a zellie mint sometimes or remember to take one every time you eat. Cause sometimes i could forget to take the mint after i eat but if i can just mouth rest with a mint a couple times a day thats easier

Is it OK to swap out the Colsys healthy gums, mouthwash for the sensitive mouthwash? I personally don’t like the ultra sensitive version because it has no taste, and the healthy gums has a slight mint taste to it.

Dr.Ellie I wanted to let you know that within 2 weeks of using your system I had a small cavity go from needing a filling to showing up to the appointment and my dentist deciding to re-check it at my 6 month appointment instead. He was convinced that they written the wrong tooth down. I can visibly see the cavity healing. Haven’t even been using xylitol either due to it being a migraine trigger. Simply just using all of your other recommended products and praying every night for the healing of my teeth 🙌🏻
