i did the math for yall so you dont have to. 2pc sets is 44.4% stellar swirl bonus meanwhile scarlet is 40% + 16% crit rate. meanwhile vv as a dps set, the only important thing in the set is the stellar reaction bonus which is 20% meaning ur sucrose or faruzan can just carry it. now for which set is better is just how good ur substats are. 85 crit rate needed for 2pc sets and 69 for scarlet (15 crit cryo resonance). use whichever set has higher cdmg while meeting the crit rate requirement. the closer u are the better. now obv by dmg% bonus 2pc sets is better by 4% but that means u have to have 40cv pieces across the board
