@jaywardflp: Popped over to Loughborough this morning to worship with my friend Gemma! 😊 What a lovely service! It was different from my usual Methodist worship, but that’s actually one of the things I really enjoyed about it. I genuinely believe we only grow in faith when we’re willing to experience different ways of worshipping and expressing that faith. Sometimes stepping outside what we know and are familiar with can open our eyes to something new. There was some great worship music, meaningful prayers and a really thought-provoking message. Each part of the service gave me something to reflect on and take away. Don’t get me wrong, I won’t be changing from my usual Methodist service and faith anytime soon! 😂 But I definitely appreciated the experience, and I found there was something really fulfilling about worshipping in a different way this morning. It was a lovely reminder that although our traditions and styles of worship may be different, we can still come together in faith, learn from one another and worship the same God. ♥️🙏🏽 Thank you, Gemma, for inviting me along!
