Chef Jaffery x INGREDIENTS you just need 2 ingredients and 5 minutes 2 cups of lush shredded coconut 1/2 cup of sweetened condensed milk Optional: 100g chocolate METHOD Preheat oven to 180c In a bowl add your lush shredded coconut, then pour in the condensed milk. Mix well Roll dough into 7-8 balls. If the mixture is sticky, slightly wet your hands to ensure the dough is easy to roll. Add the balls to a lined baking sheet. Use your fingers to gently shape into mounds. Bake for 12-15 minutes until golden on the edges.
