I’ve never poured concrete, but I’m looking to do something similar to this off the patio, so I’m watching as many videos as possible. Personally, in my amateur opinion, the stakes are an amazing idea!!!

that is not the best weed barrier to use. in about a year that will rot away. I have use it before and was not happy with it.

That concrete looks incredibly dry. Looks more like peanut brittle than the peanut butter he mentioned.

And with those stakes…. You could potentially move them in the future if you wanted to and then each one has its own stake to hold it into the ground 🤷🏼♀️kind of like solar lights
