@andrewpotterproperty: Week 6 of turning this run down bungalow into the best in the street!! Dormer has almost been fully tiled, another full day with no rain and it should be ready to have the rubber roof installed. Next big job outside is removing the render and replacing it with silicone render in off white. This makes the new windows look unbelievable. Skip number 11 arrived this morning (might start my own skip company) 6 weeks to go and inside still looks like a building site. Follow me to see me bring this bungalow back to life in 6 weeks
