Here. Ame is Consciousness or breath. Maame - ma Ame or gives breath (birth). From On, Ame is Onyame. The quantity of Ame (breath) in a body is absolute. Ame is the only “Absolute/Supreme” that dwells in all things, both living and non-living but according to Akan (Ancient Egypt) philosophy all things are alive – containing Ame. All things are connected through Ame. Ame is everywhere. Ame therefore does not dwell in temples made with hands. All prayers are therefore directed to Ame by the Amen appendage.
