I’d rather pay for the gummies because I know I will take it, rather than dreading drinking chalky water. It’s SO WORTH IT I like these gummies

i do hot sculpt pilates mostly everyday where we use smaller weights and other props in an 100° room and go to the gym to do mostly cardio so i don’t really lift there. do you think it could still do something for me? ive been debating on taking these gummies too but im so scared of the side effects🫠

how much water are you drinking? ive thought about taking creatine but have trouble getting my water intake in (would prob benefit from the powder since it’d force me to drink more water)

Make sure you’re getting enough carbs—carbs should be higher than protein if you’re going for muscle gains! Just be aware that gummies can sometimes be underdosed—3-5 g is the recommended dose. Micronized creatine monohydrate and creatine HCL (some have said they don’t bloat with this one) are the two options. Just making sure you drink enough water with either will help for sure.

Have you ever noticed a difference in bloating between powder vs gummies? For some reason I looked shredded when taking the bloom creatine gummies but I recently got a powder one and it made me so bloated

I also like the gummies because it’s super convenient for me and it also helps me remember to take them everyday. I’ve been loving the gummies from Omni Creatine!

✍️📚📕🧠 Words can either be a window to growth or a cage for the heart you realize that the deepest wounds are often invisible, yet they carry the heaviest weight Statements like, 'I gained nothing from being with you,' or 'You ruined my best opportunities in life,' carry a devastating weight. They act like a slow-poisoning toxin in our psyche, gradually morphing into a gnawing sense of guilt. Even when we know deep down that these accusations are completely untrue, our minds betray us—replaying them on a loop, until they turn into a form of self-inflicted punishment. Feeling down and blaming yourself doesn’t mean you are actually at fault. It simply means you possess a deep sense of responsibility and care so deeply for others that you've allowed their voices to drown out the reality of the situation Life and opportunity belong 100% to everyone; no one can strip an opportunity away from someone who chooses to seize it. Blaming others for missed opportunities is often merely a defense mechanism used to shift the burden of one's own disappointments onto someone else Relationships are not transactional. Saying you 'gained nothing' only exposes a self-centered lens. A meaningful connection isn't measured by profit or utility, but by mutual growth

Learn, understand the situation, and reflect inward. Do not let the distortions of others break your spirit. Truth remains truth. Remember, you haven't ruined anyone’s life; everyone is ultimately responsible for their own happiness and success. Let go of those harsh words, turn inward to embrace yourself, and show yourself some grace.
